Thinking of trying this, anyone had success with it?

It’s a bit like Zumba in that it is very dependent on your instructor, but it is usually fun and a reasonable cardio workout!

I love it. Always leave the class feeling happy......and sweaty 😁

Yes, I have I tried it absolutely loved it, always came home on a high, the instructor was brilliantly crazy and if you didn’t get a particular move she encouraged you to freestyle. Lots of class had lost a lot of weight etc etc. It was kind of like a night out without alcohol that did you good and you didn’t feel too inhibited because of the dark.
But a word of warning wear the best suppportive trainers that you can and maybe do some stretches on your own before the class or start on level one as both myself and a friend who both started at the same time both 52 and both had problems in the Achilles region within a fortnight of starting Clubbercise. I haven’t ben able to go for over 6 weeks, it’s cost me a fortune in physio and my Achilles still isn’t right yet.
