I’m a night shift worker and I’m trying to lose a few pounds. I’m struggling to think of the best things to have at work. I try to have my main meal before I go and then end up picking throughout the night. As we all know little pickers have big knickers Grin
Any ideas?

I had big nicks tooBlush too many biscuits, crisps, chocolates and the pizza or Indian takeaway ritual. I gave that all up and started eating avocado, bananas, fresh fruit slices from Asda, natural yoghurt with muesli.

I take a sandwich and a bag of nuts/dried fruit (the ones in 5x50g multipacks from Waitrose). I don’t get very hungry during night shifts but I find that I need something to boost me at around 1am and 4am.

Thanks all. Loving the idea of the little pots. I might try that. Flowersw
