My dd is 6 months and I'm still up several times a night feeding her. As a result I'm exhausted and constantly craving sugar and fatty foods. I know I need to lose 2 stone but am really struggling to make those healthy choices. Has anyone got any tips or words of wisdom for me?
In the past I lost 3.5 stone because I have arthritis in my knees and I knew it would make it better so I've done it before (before dd was born).
