I am tall 6ft hot and fat and need to loose weight yesterday at least 6 stone 😢.
I have also hurt my foot am not a good swimmer so limited with exercise.
Bewildered with SW, WW, 5:2, low carb, giving up sugar, Silver link, do it yourself and APP etc. I am also concerned about saggy skin as I am 50 so want to minimize this. What is the best long lasting route to achieve this by August. I am hot all year round and can’t find any nice clothes out there in my size (tall and fat) to help me stay cool.
