how much food can you cram into 20 points on weightwatchers????????????

i have a big appetite , but i need to diet need to lose about 3 stone, i am allowed 23 points but am chosing to have about 20.

so i am wondering the good low point things i could have to make the most of my points,

i dont really eat meat although i am not a vege... but like veg lasagne and seem to eat this a lot, with salad,

any ideas ?

I used to do WW so from what I remember, advice would be to eat all your points. If you repeatedly eat below your points allowance, your body may feel it is being starved and hold on to your weight rather than shed it. It is a balancing act.

Can you look at some of their menu planners for ideas? they are quite good at building in lots of food and snacks over the points allowance.

Lots of vegetables are 0 points, so salads & roasted vegetables are good, but count the points in oil if you use it. Pasta is quite high in points, if I remember well, as if bread. Most fruit are 0 points or very few. Look for some ideas on the WW website. I would eat all the 23 points a day, as your weight goes down you'll get fewer points allowance to reflect that.
