Lunch ideas please

I've an awful lot of weight to lose, but I'm doing well for the past few weeks. The problem is work lunches...I'm starving by the time I get home. Does anyone have ideas for lunch, preferably that don't include bread? Thanks.

Leftovers, tins of soup, houmous & crudites, big salads including protein, - eg tuna etc, get an egg scrambler pot thing and you can scramble eggs if there's a microwave - you could take some ham /chicken / veg etc to add in as well.

Salad (you can add different things, like crutons, egg, a little bit of cheese etc but don't go overboard on the toppings), homemade soup or low cal tinned, cous cous.

Porridge! I find it filling and energy-sustaining and I don't get a carb-slump or sugar cravings in the afternoon. I can make it different every day. I usually make it with almond milk to reduce calories and stir in fruit and fat-free fruit yogurt.
