Hi all. I'm trying to lose weight. I'm about 5ft 6 and am a size 18. So I've joined the gym and have started making small adjustments with my diet.
I have cut out normal chocolate as I used to eat alot of it especially in the evenings. I've switched to dark choc and have been eating a lot less. Anyway, I gave up smoking 9 months ago and have found myself craving cigarettes in the evenings.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what I can snack on in the evenings to help curb the craving? I really don't want to start smoking again!
