Hi everyone
I have a lot of weight to lose and have been told I'm pre-diabetic - feeling pretty rubbish at the moment. I had planned to start this diet today but have a long term condition and had a particularly bad day today so it was a bit of a write off so looking to start tomorrow. I'm not sure whether to still weigh in on Sunday's and just except that my first week will effectively only be 6 days or whether just to start properly tomorrow and weigh in on Monday's from then on.....
Anyone else starting this diet?
