I hit my ideal weight at Christmas. 4 months on and I’ve maintained my weight. I’m really proud of myself and I feel fantastic.
But the battle to not eat every cake in the shop is so hard. Every supermarket visit is a battle of will power not to buy a massive bag of kettle chips and eat the lot in one sitting.
I’m winning so far, but it so hard to keep it up and force myself to make healthier choices.
So my question, how long will my battle take, are my habits so ingrained this is it forever or will my cravings for over eating junk subside?
