I'm a bit late to the party I know!
I don't have much to loose but I had let my weight creep up very slowly so that I was 10/11 lbs over my ideal weight of 8st. Im a shorty (5 ft 3) and a small narrow build. It's not a lot of extra weight obviously but it all settles on my middle and makes me look 'round'.
Signed up with MFP 2 and a half weeks with my goal set at a loss of 1lb per week and so far have lost 2.5lbs so really happy! Also do 16:8 which helps stick to the reduced calls. Hols in 7 weeks so if I can keep this up (finding it very manageable) I will fit all my summer clothes 😀
I used to think tracking would be a pain but I find it really motivating and hugely educational with regard to calories and portions. Fab app!
