Yesterday I decided to follow the Eatwell guide to lose weight as I have not had much success with slimming world, weight watchers, slim fast or calorie counting.
I have lost a stone on this before with an NHS group ( over 12 weeks)but put the weight back on.
However today's headlines say "Obesity crisis blamed on NHS advice."saying not to do the guide.
I am now considering lower carb diets.I feel really confused.
Yesterday I had a plan to lose weight and was feeling motivated. Now I am not sure what is best.
Any advice?

I read this article the other day. It makes an awful lot of sense. Basically, eat real food, eat less, mostly plants, incorporate exercise into your life wherever possible.
