I've been trying to lose two stone of baby weight for about 18 months now, I lose and regain the same 4lb or so constantly. I am now on a mission to lose at least 1.5 stone by the end of July - if I lose 2lb a week I can do it by the end of June. The last 3 weeks I have lost 2lb a week, hooray! But I've now fallen into my usual trap of relaxing a bit and losing motivation, starting to eat the odd biscuit again. I'm doing 1200 calories a day on MFP.
I've realised that what really works for me is the blogs bit of MFP. I put my food in, sometimes it takes me to an article afterwards about healthy eating or weight loss, and I am bolstered. But it's not enough!
So, hit me with inspiring blogs or websites where I can read about healthy snack ideas, exercise you can do in 5 minutes, all that kind of stuff. I think it just makes it seem like it's doable, you know?
