Has anyone done this? Can you put the rules in a nutshell for me please?
I'm liking the Amazon reviews, but I'm a bit pushed for time to read a whole book right now (and I want to get cracking).
I'm great at fasting and like pretty much all foods. From what I understand it involves 2 X 24 hr fasts a week (?) low (or no?) carbs and high good fats.
I'd love to know what you specifically do eat on it, and if I have a day off (like for a planned event) will I fuck the whole thing up?
