Any good books about relationships with food?

I've known for years that my relationship with food is all wrong, I use food as a crutch, as a reward, to make myself feel better if I'm ill, happier if I'm down etc etc and as a result I'm very overweight.

I've managed to lose weight on Slimming World but it's such a battle and as soon as a stressful situation or an illness or a celebration happens I pile on the pounds so I'm looking for recommendations for a good book about changing your relationship with food so that I can diet more successfully, I need some strategies to help me break the cycle!

Have you read Fat is a Feminist Issue?

I've heard good things about Women, Food and God by Geneen Roth. Read a bit on Amazon and see if it appeals.

Thanks for the recommendations. I had a look at Geneen Roth, she sounds like what I need @memaymamo but I didn't fancy the God one so I've ordered "Why Weight", it sounds like what I need because it's a workbook Smile
