I know why I am over weight- I comfort eat.

I know how to loose weight - eat less.

But I need a jump start/support.

Currently cant do much exercise as had an operation but each day Im a bit better.

Any advice for a kick up the bum?

Me too! I saw some photos of me when slim and was shocked that once I was attractive. By being overweight we are limiting our choices and opening us ourselves up to major health problems. We will feel better, look letter and live better if we were slim!
We need to consider with every mouthful if it is worth it. Still I eat too much and then feel that I have let myself down. The days I eat less I have more energy and feel so much better,
Maybe an easy mantra is needed life the “if it made in a plant don’t eat it, if it is a plant do” (that sounds healthy rather than the more dubious quotes.
Enough of the ramble - GOOD LUCK and consider your bum kicked!

Me too! I don't have any answers but I definitely need a massive kick up the ass. I weigh 11 stone 8 pounds and I am 5ft 3 and I do not carry it well. I know what I should be doing but struggle to start. I feel awful about myself, I no longer recognise what I see in the mirror. I have a double chin growing. I need a serious hand hold.
