Hi, is this the right area to ask about these? I am thinking they are more of a slimming tool, if not apologies please move me along.
I got a halo after my actifry died after 3years. I just can’t get to grips with it, I have only done chips in it and no matter what I do (different amounts, different spuds, different amounts of oil) I just end up with 3rd over cooked and too crispy, 3rd good and 3rd very white looking and pretty much raw. I have it on the tilt thing and the right settings for chips and I used proper oil (crisp n dry) not frylight and I put in enough potatoes for 2 people or sometimes 2 adults 2kids so I’m not over filling it.
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
