I started slimming world a few years ago and lost 4 stone. I have since left and put 2 stone back on. I want to get back into it but I just fail to find my motivation. I know why I want to lose weight (health, appearance, I'd like to meet a man etc...) but I just find myself tempted by all the wrong foods. It's getting to a point where my jeans are getting tight again and I hate it. How can I find myself some motivation to get back on it? I can't afford to go back to slimming world and I don't have the time either but it was the main thing that kept me going.
