Porridge
Chicken salad
Oatie biscuit
Crisps 90kcal
Tomato soup
6 crackers
2 alpen lights
3 matchmakers
That would be my whack (hopefully)...

I can’t I have to be somewhere. I have done over 10,000 steps though It’s just a mindset thing...I’m more likely to persevere if I think it wasn’t a horrific day

I think you’ve done 10,000 steps you should be ok! I’ve only done 8000 today and it’s registered as burning around 200 calories.
