I have also tried out Ready Steady Mums. I've only started recently but found it extremely motivating so far and loved the way it was tailored to me individually.

I've just signed up to Ready Steady Mums on a test user's recommendation.I hope it's going to work miracles. She certainly can't talk it up enough

Hi, also wanted to say that I agree with the above posts - I've been a test user for ready steady mums and it is great, would highly recommend it (they have also got a special offer on at the moment for new joiners, so def worth checking out)

Hi Everyone, Has anyone fininshed their program yet? I love doing Ready Steady Mums, although I've only got as far as the Easy Abs bit so far (2 weeks in). I didn;'t realise how much I didn't know about the muscles that make your tummy flat!!!!

I've found my abs again, hurray for Ready Steady Mums. My coach says the 5 minute mummy tummy workout is coming soon in my programme, has anbyone done that one yet it sounds really good?
