I know I eat way too much sugar - cakes, sweets, biscuits. I've always got room for sweet treats.
I have tried having no sugar days, the thinking slimmer sugar pod, reducing intake etc, sugar logging, but I just can't find the right method for me. If I log my intake that seems to make me worse and I don't know why. I honestly thought the hypno sugar pod would work for me as I have successfully used hypno in the past for something else. Annoyingly it didn't work for the sugar.
I feel like I have no self control around sweet things.
If any one has any suggestions how to give up sugar I'd be keen to hear them.
