I started Atkins 3 weeks ago. I’m sticking to 25-30 net carbs and the first two weeks on the plan I lost 12lbs (and was thrilled). This week I’ve gained a pound! Despondent doesn’t even come close. I am this close to throwing in the towel. Which is ridiculous, I know. I had a couple of glasses of wine this week, but surely that couldn’t be it? Does anyone have any wise words about pushing through this stall? I’m pretty crushed.
