Portion control diet...

Hey,

I've tried every diet you can think of and have come to the conclusion that the only way I'm going to crack this long term is portion control.

I have bought those plastic portion control boxes (pack of 20). With 2 and 3 compartments. The plan is to prep in advance for the week, both lunches and dinner.

I'm going to allow myself a small chocolate treat each eve (so as not to deprive and end up binge eating!). And in between meals, two healthy snacks.

The plan is to make meals containing healthy fats, protein and some refined carbs and plenty of veg. Lots of variety.

Does this sound like it will work?! Confused

I will try to incorporate daily exercise before work.

I have 3 stone to loose!

Thanks guys

I’m thinking of doing something like this too... only I’ve bought myself a portion control plate. How have you been getting on with this way of eating?
