What to do. Feeling in a rut

I’m overweight by a stone but I’m short so it shows and I was mortified to see a friend’s husband at the swimming pool at the gym at weekend. I waddle or so it feels. Did ok on SW 2,years ago and lost baby weight and was just under 9 stone but put it all back on ( I’m such a statistic!)
I’m on some medication which can cause weight gain but I think I’m just greedy and got lazy. Often I eat dinner at gone 9pm especially if I exercise. I’ll eat toast or oatcakes at 5 ish or something rubbish in the car on my way home and graze through the day.
I can’t get my head back into SW. I’m liking the gym but I believe it’s 80 % food which controls weight and only 20% exercise. Do I need a quick fix like shakes or restrictive diet or what? I’m all out of inspiration or motivation but hate the way I look currently.

I’m just reading about NoS and think it might be good for me as feeling dissatisfied by food is a reason I pick

Polka Have a look at the Paul Mackenna thread !! It's just the best because it's more about HOW you eat, it addresses all the emotional issues too. I lost 3 stone on it and am maintaining!

Thank you. I’ll try and find it
