I started healthy eating and calorie counting again a few weeks ago. I was going really well and stuck to my figures and started exercing. All was going well.
Until now, I have not lost even half a pound since starting my period 5 days ago.
Even though I was losing 5lbs a week before my period.
Does any one else have this?
I know people say water retention. But surely even if I put on 3lbs if water retention, I should still be losing fat, so the number should still be going down.
I'm not going to give up, but I'm not exactly thrilled about it.
