Can anyone recommend a diet plan that I can follow with meals and recipes and shopping lists? I think it would be great to have something I can just follow for a while. There are personalised ones like a 90 day plan from Joe Wicks - and that's £126.00. Or on offer @ £97.00 Then there's the Yan Plan and that's 10 weeks for £350 plus a £45 consultation. Or there's the journal approach without a personalisation like The Diet Groove. That's £29.00. Has anyone tried any of them?
