So please help me!
For Lent I've given up meat, alcohol and added sugar. Due to an underlying medical condition I have to have decent amounts of fish, eggs and dairy and can't eat cereals, grains, banana or spinach within 2 hours of morning and evening pills. So no porridge for breakfast, which would normally fill me up.
I'm sitting at work and craving hot chocolate and ginger nuts.
Any recommendations for what I could have instead?
