So please help me!
For Lent I've given up meat, alcohol and added sugar. Due to an underlying medical condition I have to have decent amounts of fish, eggs and dairy and can't eat cereals, grains, banana or spinach within 2 hours of morning and evening pills. So no porridge for breakfast, which would normally fill me up.
I'm sitting at work and craving hot chocolate and ginger nuts.
Any recommendations for what I could have instead?

Ugh I'm sorry. That makes breakfast choices v difficult. I've spent this day binge eating so I hope you made better choices than me.

Can you have yogurt and berries? You can eat 80g of frozen raspberries for only 40 calories. I pour off the boil water over my berries to thaw them.

If you can't do excerice at all try stick to 1200 calories
Edame with salt is great
Sugar free jelly
Fruit
Sweetcorn curry
Lots to eat
Try that
