So I'm currently pregnant and already thinking of how to lose weight once the baby is here.
I am overweight, did manage to lose 4 stone before becoming pregnant with DD(3) and was healthy but since having her fell back into my old ways and put 3 and a half back on.
I don't have horrific eating habits, I know about portion size etc but fizzy drinks is definitely my weakness and will have to be cut right but does anyone have any tips on getting the baby weight/extra weight off?
Or weight loss tips in general?
Are there any foods/meals you'd recommend or preparing in advance etc.
I'm really trying to get into the best habits now so once the baby is here (14 weeks time) it'll already be second nature.
I haven't been weighed in weeks but the last time I did I'd actually lost 4lbs due to morning sickness so not entirely sure of how much weight I've gained this pregnancy so far.
Thanks in advance and sorry for the long winded-ness!

Do a calorie diet
Eat what you like
For eg if you eat 2000 calories a day burn of 2500 worth
You will loose weight this way
