Has anyone ever bought smaller sized clothes as an incentive to lose weight to be able to fit into them?
I’ve seen some lovely dresses which I was going to buy in size 14 (am wanting to shrink to a 10/12), and keep thinking how much better I would look in them once I’ve lost weight..
Thought it would give me a motivation boost knowing they were in the cupboard waiting to be worn!

Hang them up so you can see them!

Thanks that’s an excellent idea!

Trying on something that's too small and gradually seeing it get nearer and nearer to fitting is very motivational.
