21 days till my sister's wedding. Need to lose as much weight as I can but sensibly.

Anyone want to join me for the ride? Thinking if I post here every day / meal time it will help to keep me on track!

Weighed at 11st 1 this morning, would love to get as close to 10 stone as possible.

Join me!

Just about to boil 2 eggs for breakfast!

Keep up the good work.

I am going to follow you as motivation

Welcome @NSEA!

I lost another 1lb this morning so down to 10st 11! Firmly out of the 11s now and the wedding is next week. I'm doing it by eating eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch and meat and veg for dinner - keeping the carbs as minimal as possible but allowing myself a bit of dark chocolate here and there to keep me going Smile

Are you doing any exercise @twinkledag? I am considering doing the 20 minutes popsugar fat busting YouTube videos before work.

twinkledag · 02/03/2018 09:38

I do Pilates, run for half an hour and go in my exercise bike but this week has been much harder with the snow so I've only gone on my exercise bike once.
Will go on it tonight for sure!

I may google the popsugar workout - thanks!

You do a lot already then! I have 10 weeks to go for me, but your loss is inspiring me

twinkledag · 02/03/2018 14:00

@NSEA - I will be continuing after next Friday as I have another event in April I would like to get slim for.

I don't feel like I do a lot of exercise, I usually manage 2 things a week but have increased to 3 recently.

Well I've been low carbing since Monday, going ok and not feeling so bloated. Really missing biscuits and chocolate but need to keep on going! It's my sister's wedding in May too and need to look ok ish! I struggle with breakfast ideas and eating at least 1 egg a day so I need inspiration for easy healthy meals....

twinkledag · 08/03/2018 18:48

@Justme78 - I eat eggs for breakfast most days. Chicken and salad for lunch. Pret do a good low carb soup called No Cream of Chicken which I've been having recently. Dinners are usually turkey steak and veg, halloumi and salad, more chicken and veg... any of those take your fancy?
