What diet is best for me?

I have put on an embarrassing amount of weight (just over 2 stone since November) I had previously lost 9 stone but now have at least 3 1/2 stone till goal weight. I was a size 12 and now a 14/16. I have a holiday in 2 weeks and even though the scales probably won't move much before I go I am hoping if I get my eating sorted I will feel less self conscious. I have tried so many diets and previously had good results with calorie counting and weight watchers pro-points but feel like I need to do something else to motivate me. I work full time and have a 4 year old and a lot of the time rely on convenience food. Please can you share any diet plans that have helped you/any success stories?
Thanks Charlotte x

Hi Charlotte Louise, the best diet for you is one that you can fit into your lifestyle and stick to. So what works for one person might not work for another. There are some suggestions here that might work for you
