Cheese
Salad
Meat
Macadamia nuts, almonds, brazil nuts, walnuts
Pork scratchings
Avocado
Tuna
Boiled eggs
Prawns
Pate with celery
Bacon

I don't feel the need to snack anymore though.

It's usually just a habit and not real hunger, and often you don't realise how much you're actually eating as you are often doing something else at the same time.

thought all diary was predominantly protein - no?

trippleshot · 02/05/2007 21:25

dairy not diary!

GythaOggsFrog · 02/05/2007 21:44

Nope, think again.

Milk has a high carb count due to the lactose.
You can have cream though, preferably double.

I tend to drink cream in my (decaf) coffee, and an unsweetened low carb soya milk in my (decaf) tea.

So can I just do low carb? though I'm not sure what the definition of this is...I'm thinking it might be to reduce quantity of carbs I eat.
And is there anything sweet you can snack on (stupid question, I know). I'll check out the carboholics thread
