Manual v electronic scales?

Manual scales are saying 9st 8. Electronic scales say 9 stone 11. Both on same surface. Which do I believe?

Unless they are specifically calibrated then neither are going to be correct. A good way to see which one is more accurate is to get a known weight (bag of sugar / dumbbell etc)and put it on the sales. Whatever is the closest is the more accurate of the two
