Starting Slimming World tomorrow

I know I started a slimming thingy on here ages ago, but I fell pg so had to drop out.

I just wanted to say, wish me luck girls. I am having to buy all clothing at Evans at the mo!!!!!

Fantastic plan!

Go read the thread & see how everyone else is doing.

It's a very easy plan to follow, no faddy diets, just nice food & filling meals

If you hunt around in the big/slim/diet section - you'll find loads of recipes and ideas for slimming world.

I started last wednesday- have my first weigh in tomorrow.

Its a good diet to follow- I have not felt hungry at all, stocked up loads and loads of fruit and veg.

HAd a lovely lamb dinner last night- so its not all about lettuce leaves!!

Good luck- I found everyone on here really supportive.

Good luck everybody! Slimming World really does work and I was such a sceptic at the start as you have to eat huge amounts to kick start your metabolism...I lost all 4 stone of my pregnancy weight and have gone from an 18 to a size 10-12. All the very best to everybody and stock up on Muller Light yoghurts they are free/no sins! Smurfs

Well I am wanting things but haven't been shopping yet so am a bit hungry LOL.

I would like to ask anyone who has been to SW, the organiser told me that I would have free access to their website. I can't find my way in, she even gave us the password.

Any ideas?
