hiya im vanessa im 23 5ft n 11st 8lbs so my bmi is 31.64 which is not good i was an active size 8/10 til i caught for my son i went up 2 a 16 while pregnant after the birth i went down 2 a 12/14 ive had 2 daughters since ages 21 months n 7 months n never really lost the baby weight from paige b4 i caught pregnant on sophie now im a size 16 bottom n 18 top all my births were c-secs so i have a pocket of fat that wont shift i need 2 lose weight from all over my arms bum thighs tums chins lol wot do u recommend? n i need sumthing that doesnt cost much as my partner got laid off 2wks ago so unfort we are on benefits at mo

ok cut down on alcohol, only have it at weekend in moderation, cut out rubbish like sweets, crisps etc. Try to make all your meals from scratch then you know what you are putting in it. Eat lots of fruit and veg between meals and drink 8 glasses of water a day. Get out walking to increase your metbolism. Just by doing this you will notice a difference.

My friend swears by bums, tums and thigh classes at her local gym

i dont drink alcohol anyway lol i always cook proper food cos of the kids n dont eat sweets n only have 1 packet of quavers a wk as a treat i hate veg but eat plenty of fruit n drink lots of water n i do a lot of walkin but i havent shifted any of this baby weight its startin 2 depress me

remember your littlest one is still very young, takes 9 months to wack the weight on but a bit longer to take it off!

take a look at your potion sizes, you might be eating more than you think. it is difficult tho to lose weight but once you get it started it seems to come off easier
