Diet starting 1st Feb! 3 stone to lose.

Anyone in? I have three stone to lose, I am between 5ft 6 and 5ft 7 and weigh 13 stone ish! Need three stone off by the end of the year. Would like to be 10st Smile

I also started my diet today. I am 5'5" and weigh 11 stone 4lbs. I want to get to below 10 bit not sure it's doable. I got down to 10 stone 2lbs a couple of years ago but it's all crept back up since then.
