I’m 12.6 stones and would love to lose a stone. Size 14 and 5 ft 7. And I’m 49.
If I stop snacking, only have a drink at the weekend and walk 3 miles a day to work and back will that work?
My diet is pretty good....but I di like a cheese and biscuits for supper, a few biscuits at work and the odd bag of crisps.
