i know all the negative stuff but just wondered if anyone had tried reductil and how they got on. have a month until hols and am getting desp.

hi there i have tried them they were more of an appitite supressant than any others i have tried but i found orlistat better side effects a bit yucky but weght came off

my gp gave me one month 15mg am starting tomorrow. will let you know how it goes. have 4 stone to loose.

dr wouldnt give me tabs. i know. i have 3.5 stone to loose but would be happy with 1.5 before hols. whats the dif between 10 and 15mg.

A mum at school has lost 4 stones on Reductil. She has been having hallucinations on it. I asked my gp about going on it (want to lose 3.5 stones) and he showed me the side-effects list on his pc - SCARY.

Apparently, the weight loss stabilizes at 5% of original weight after three months as you can gain a lot after the initial loss.
