Had my son 18 months ago, was slightly overweight when I fell pregnant then gained Just over 3 stone. Lost 2 of them very quickly then over the last 11 months have lost another stone through on/off dieting. I'm 3lbs from my pre pregnancy weight although I'm aiming to lose 7lbs for our Easter holiday then another 7lbs after that. I can't do any exercise as I'm recovering from an injury so it has to be all diet
I'm trying to cut out biscuits with cups of tea and milky hot chocolate at night.
