So although mixed reviews I have taken the plunge and paid for and about to start my plan on Monday. Anyone else either on it or thinking about it? I’m nervous I’m about waste nearly £100, but hoping I can dig deep and use it to get motivated! Anyone around to share the journey?

Thinking about it, i’m Nervous of things like taking the pictures and the pressure of it. Just got low confidence. Would love to know how someone does and tips on prep and routine.

It's brilliant! I have done it once before and lost loads. Then had a hard year so am now doing it again, I'm C1D3 :)

Let me know if you've any questions as I can probably answer them!

Go follow a lady on Instagram whose lost lots of weight on the body coaches plans she’s actually now doing her 4th round and looks really good she’s lost 54kg coxange is her name ( hope I’m allowed that )

slowco4ch · 02/02/2018 22:31

Ah yes found her on instagram. Just nice to see “real” people doing it and making it work. I’m really struggling to get my head into the right space. I had a really good Monday was so impressed with the recipes. But by Wednesday just wanted tons of white carbs! Sad

I'm on cycle 1, day 27. It's great! Hard work and lots of time in the kitchen but I've found it easy to follow and stick to. I didn't submit my photos, just keeping them on my computer. I didn't want them being published!
I feel so much fitter and can see that I've lost weight but haven't measured/weighed yet!

DerelictWreck · 12/02/2018 22:07

Hey wishing! I'm C1D15 and enjoying it too! Excited for C2 - are submitting soon?

wishingitwasfriday · 13/02/2018 09:17

Hi Derelict. I submitted today. Lost 6.5kg and 8 inches overall. Very pleased and looking forward to cycle 2. Need to buy some weights and hoping my plan arrives this week so I can get my head around it over the weekend and start on Monday.

slowco4ch · 14/02/2018 20:25

Wow wishing that’s fantastic. I’ve fallen off the wagon a bit with half term, bit still exercising and making better choices than pre-Joe! Grin

I started it on the old plan and gave up after a week of cycle 2. Maybe the new version of the plan is better, but I found it rubbish for veggies and it requires hours of food prep. The workouts got longer each cycle on the old plan, so over an hour for cycle 2 and timing meals around exercise is really hard if you work full time and have kids. The support heroes will tell you that you should get up at 5am to exercise FFS!

DerelictWreck · 15/02/2018 12:53

The new plan is way more sustainable - no silly weights of vegetables in the cooking, and much shorter work outs on cycle 2 (about 30 mins)!

Congrats wishing! I'm not submitting till a week on Monday and I'm away right before then so going to try to stay as on plan as possible!

DerelictWreck · 15/02/2018 12:54

P.S. did anyone watch Joe's programme on Channel 4 on Tuesday?

wishingitwasfriday · 18/02/2018 15:56

My cycle two has arrived and I've started today. Loving the weights workouts and the new recipes look great.
Feeling really motivated at the moment, hoping the two carb meals a day don't make me feel sluggish!
Let me know how you get on with your cycle 1 results.
