Do any past or present weight watcher people remember the 7 day quick start menu plans that WW did many years ago. They contained a detailed breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and you had to eat everything so that you burned off calories. It had things like fishfingers with mashed potato etc on it. I would be very grateful for help with this one as I promised to do my best to find it for a friend who is finding losing weight very hard. I think if she could see some weight come off in a week it would really help her.Thank you.

I remember it well! It was a good plan because it was so straightforward. Unfortunately I don't have it anymore or I'd give it a go myself.

Sauce, it really did give a great weight loss, I remember doing it myself and lost something like 5lbs with it in the first week, and I wasn't very overweight. It really spured me on and I hope someone can find it. The fact that it told you everything to eat was what I loved.

Was it called Pure Points and where you could fill up on the point free veg soup? If it is I have a photocopy of it. Am off out shortly will check in later.

I know that it was fairly early 1990's. It would be great if I could see the pure points one. Thanks. The one that I seem to remember was kind of a fold out one, it may have even been before any point counting.
