I've been doing low carb high fat for 2 weeks. No bread, pasta, rice, potatoes. Lots of salad, veg, meat, cheese, nuts. I've lots 3lbs and I'm feeling pretty proud (was 10 stone 11 to start off). Has anyone else had success with this diet? Do you have any tips? I'm 5 foot 6 and would ideally like to drop to about 9 stone 9. Thanks.
