Losing motivation

I have 10 kilos to lose. I am calorie counting using mfp and HIT training 3 times a week for past 3 weeks. Also stopped drinking Monday - Friday seeing no results yet and am loosing motivation- please help me stay on track.

Maybe you should skip calorie counting for a while? Alcohol? Slimming products like shakes?
