I'm 11 stone 13.

I don't feel it, which is probably the worst kind of overweight there is Grin

If I lost two stone, I'd look very thin. I'm not sure I want to look thin... But extra weight is bad for your health.

Gave birth 8 weeks ago and feel like I've got bags of energy/don't eat much crap, had to give up dairy due to DS having a milk allergy!
My portion size is small, I don't usually finish what's on my plate. DH does.

Could it be thyroid?

Can anyone recommend a better meal plan book/ideas suitable for Vegans?

I'm vegetarian but have had to give up dairy so now the full whack Vegan without the preach speech like DH of whom is veggie but insists he is ' mostly vegan'

That pic makes you look great, I'm quite shocked you way so much at such a small height. Unless you're sucking it all in and the side view looks very different, you don't look overweight, you look healthy.

Are you sure you're 11st 13? I'm also 8 week's post birth, I weigh 9stone 10 and I'm 5 inches taller than you and I certainly look fatter.

I'd ask for a recount on the weight!

Op you've just given birth, and you've obviously already lost some weight since giving birth despite having a third degree tear.
Be gentle on yourself, weight loss takes time and you've just had a baby. There's no need to lose it all quickly, it will come off with time. You are losing weight so you don't really need to cut back anymore. Remember you need the energy to breastfeed and care for your baby! In all honesty I would say you are slightly overweight, you look a bit bigger than me and im 11st but that's completely fine! It's not a negative reflection of you, most women will be slightly overweight at this stage and you still look great! You are active and you eat well you are doing great.
