Appetite Control tablets

Does anyone have any experience of taking appetite suppressant tablets and know if they work? I just feel hungry all the time, and if I drink lots of water I just seem to need to pee every 20 mins or so

I have been on phentermine and find it very good, but the cost (in Aus) makes it difficult. Lost 20kgs on it 6 years ago, and a child and being naturally lazy has stacked that back on. Using it again now. Some people are very anti it for the possible side effects but can’t say I’ve ever had any
