Ok long story short, I'ved gained 2st sonce being in my current role i and I'm mainly sat down this time round + I've lost 4st prior to this new job.
We are doing a fat fighters club at work where we get weighed every Friday. Since the 27th Dec I have cut out alcohol, tea & coffee, lowering amounts of sugar, carbs and fats. i have no more than 1500 cals a day and I run every other day,
just had a weigh-in and I've gained 1lb!
wahhhhhh. this is so frustrating! feeling so low today!
