I am generally a high protein eater (no carbs and protein like chicken, meat or fish with veg) and typically eat tea around 7/7.30pm. Last night it was lean mince chilli with quinoa and broccoli. I often struggle to sleep and by 11.30pm I was absolutely starving and couldn’t sleep. Does anyone get this in the evening and if so what do you snack on that’s not bad for you eh biscuits etc ?!
