Not lazy but have a very rude downstairs neighbour so trying to find exercises that burn cals without thudding? (Can't go to gym or for runs due to childcare)
My current one has my Fitbit in my back pocket and I stand with my feet still and sort of shift weight from leg to leg and wiggle bum. It adds steps so I must be doing it vigorously but no idea if I'm burning anything?!
Any ideas?!
