dont want to go full no carb

ive done low carb and had good results but the weight has crept on but havent the heart to go full low carb

my ?? is would i still lose weight by cutting down but not cutting out completley but also watching general calories

Difficult.

When you eat carbs and protein you spike insulin which a) stores fat b) prevents access to body fat for fuel.

Where your threshold of daily carb consumption lies is very individual.

If you Increase carb consumption you will need to restrict calories and there is a greater chance that you will be hungry. This makes it less likely that you will succeed in restricting calories.

Suggest you look up low carb recipes, failing which steel yourself to be hungry or buy larger clothes.
