There's a mountain of cheese in the fridge. And a cupboard full of chocolate :) yum.
I'm about half a stone from my goal weight.
Is it best to just slack off the diet for a week and enjoy the food (calorie count it and maybe don't go over x amount of calories)
Or just ration it and eat a tiny bit a day but miss out on more wholesome meals so i can eat it. I calorie count.
This is kinda light hearted!! I just looked in mirror in my underwear and felt awful, which is why I ask!
Other option, start the 30 day shred again (did this a year ago) and eat what I want.
