Is there an equivalent of Emily Oster Expecting Better but for weight loss? (i.e. review of studies and digested findings)
Where would I find good resources? Maybe a recent article on a scientific debunking blog with good credentials?
I'm thinking long term behavioural change and slow weight loss. I'm mentally ready but I'm wondering what would be the best way, a bit beyond the "calorie control / 30min a day exercice" plan.
